RTO Details
Learner Licence Process
1. Visit parivahan.gov.in → DL Services → New LL
2. Select BR-01
3. Fill Form 2 + Form 1 (medical self-declaration)
4. Upload Aadhaar, photo, age proof
5. Pay ₹200–₹250
6. Book written test slot
7. Appear at RTO → Pass test → Get LL
Permanent Licence Process
After 30 days on LL:
1. Apply for DL test at parivahan.gov.in
2. Book slot at Patna RTO (Dak Bungalow)
3. Appear with original documents
4. Pass test → DL dispatched in 7–15 days
