Overloading a vehicle is a serious offence that damages roads, causes accidents, and carries steep fines under the MV Act 2019. For commercial vehicles, the minimum fine is ₹20,000 plus ₹2,000 per extra tonne.
Who Does This Apply To?

Axle Load Limits
